Data minimisation

We request only the information reasonably required to respond to an enquiry, provide a quotation, deliver a service or meet a legal obligation.

Purpose limitation

Personal information is used for defined purposes and is not repurposed incompatibly without an appropriate lawful basis.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational controls such as validation, access control, HTTPS, updates, backups, monitoring and anti-abuse measures where appropriate.

Access to information

Access to enquiries, client information and project data is limited to people or service providers who reasonably need it to perform their role.
